 Alejandra Rojas Pinto, actress, cultural manager, director and founder of the La Huella Teatro Company, a group whose main guidelines are the search for new scenic languages from the anthropological research.

She studied Theater Performance at the Teatro Imagen School, Directed by Gustavo Meza and at the Eitalc (International Theater School of Latin America and the Caribbean) whose Workshop School – International was directed by Osvaldo Dragún and of which he was an active part by participating in several Professional Seminars in different parts of the world; Holstebro, Denmark with Odin Teatret, in Argentina with Víctor Varela, Director of the Obstaculo Theater of Cuba, in Lima Peru with Yuyachkani developing her work in two lines as an artistic creator from the stage and on the other hand as a cultural manager in northern Chile for more than 20 years in a constant effort to promote the creative development of the performing arts in the Atacama Desert.

She has done theatrical residences with La Huella Teatro with performances in Easter Island, Visviri, Ollagüe, Valparaíso, Santiago, Punta Arenas, Havana – Cuba, Modena-Italy, Lima-Peru, Buenos Aires, Quito, and other cities in Chile and abroad. In 2015 she was selected to be part of Polska New Theater, an event carried out in Poland by the Polish Theater Institute.

She was granted a scholarship for the Internship in L’Aria Center for International Theater Residence in Corsica, France 2016, she was the winner of the Paper Lantern Prize awarded by the regional council of culture and arts 2013.

She is an artistic director of IDENTIDADES International Festival of Performing Arts in the Atacama desert.



Fantástico oso andino que un día bajó hasta el Desierto de Atacama con un objetivo claro: Liderar un gran festival de artes escénicas que elevara el espíritu de los habitantes de este árido y alucinante territorio que cobijó a sus padres, abuelos, bisabuelos y tatarabuelos.

Parado sobre sus dos patas traseras, con su mirada luminosa y sin decir ni una palabra, se infiltró en los sueños de los antofagastinos y anunció el nacimiento de Identidades Festival, un festival de artes escénicas para el Desierto de Atacama que gozaría durante innumerables años, de la visita de míticos personajes de todo el mundo para alegrar los días y las noches de las familias del Norte de Chile.

Ckapin, en kunza significa Sol -y fiel a su origen-, este oso blanco llegó a iluminar al equipo de Identidades Festival con su amplia trayectoria cultural, su poderosa energía y su amoroso espíritu.

A veces parece humano, pero no lo es. A veces, aunque su rostro no tiene gestos, puedes verlo sonreír. A veces baila, a veces corre, a veces abraza a los públicos y a veces también medita, viaja por el mundo descubriendo y encontrándose con amigos  y a veces se pierde en el desierto para descansar y volver a sus raíces.




He is from Antofagasta and he was born in the nitrate office Alemania. Graduated from the Antofagasta Bristish School. TV producer since 2006, performing multiple programs such as “Apuesto por ti” TVN, “Policías en Acción” CHV, “Top chef” TVN, “La Vega” TVN, I am mega, CHV Pasapalabras. He has also worked in Santiago a mil as a festival producer.

Graduate in Aesthetics and History and Diploma in Cultural Management at the Universidad Católica de Chile, Diploma in Planning and Management Control at the Universidad de Chile, with Master’s studies in Cultural Management at the Royal College of London, as well as, training studies in Cultural Studies at the Latin American Post Graduate School. Currently PhD in “Latin American Transdiplinary Studies” at the University Academy of Christian Humanism.

 He is currently in charge of national and international networks of the cultural corporation La Huella Teatro of Antofagsta He has extensive experience in Cultural Management, leading cultural and artistic development processes in the public and private field.

During the last time he worked as Cultural Attaché of Chile in the Republic of Peru.

  He has also taught several courses at the Universidad Mayor, Universidad de Chile, Fines Terrae, Andrés Bello, Diego Portales and the Academia de Humanismo Cristiano.





Sound engineer by profession, she studied at the Aiep professional institute in Santiago, graduating with honors in 2011. Her career has been developed in Santiago as a professional in the Chilevisión television channel where she was part of large productions in the different areas during the four years she worked there. In 2015 she settled in Antofagasta where she works in the audiovisual medium supporting and collaborating with different artists, either from the performing arts as well visual artists.


From 2016, she works as a technical producer in the field and tours of La Huella Teatro Antofagasta with whom she has executed several projects of national and international circulation. She is part of Identidades Festival as a Technical Producer.




Founder and member of the Pampina Dances Workshop where she is currently in charge of the staging of the annual productions. Expert in the application of the Pacarisca Method, where she was trained as a dancer, and then ventured into the study of space and choreographic movements, becoming a floor coordinator in the execution of local musical Projects and Productions, with groups such as Punahue and Illapu, among others. Her performance considers direct work with dancers and monitors in the field, considering the resolution of technical scenographic and choreographic elements.

She is the Producer Coordinator in Identidades Festival.

She works as a logistics producer at Identidades Festival and has been working since 2014 by providing advice for projects to the Cultural Corporation La Huella Teatro de Antofagasta.

Theatrical producer, cultural manager, Teacher of Artistic Production modules in various Theater and Music schools. Former member of the FITAM team for 25 years, being part of the team from its origins, who organizes the Santiago a Mil Festival, among other projects . In the theatrical production area, she has worked with several theater companies of high recognition.

In 2015, she created Minga Scenic Production with the objective of providing support and advice to independent companies as well as strategic plans, training instances of management, production and scenic production actions. She conducts rapporteurship activities in the area of Cultural Intermediation and Cultural Management.

Actress graduated from Escuela Teatro Imagen (2019)

She participated from 2017 to 2019 in the organization of the Theater Students Network of Chile.

Member of «Theater Treatment» an artistic association for the development of theatrical pieces linked to the medical and therapeutic area.

She has participated in Identidades Festival since its II Edition, attending seminars with Teatro de Los Andes, Odín Teatret and La Familia Teatro.

She is currently a member of the Identidades Festival team as a Production Assistant.




Computer engineer and graphic designer, always linked to the world of art and theater having graduated from the Desarrollo Artístico School F-60 of Antofagasta. He currently works as a designer, photographer and cameraman for domestic and foreign productions with his company Digital Monkeys.

From 2019, he is responsible of the web services used by Identidades Festival and La Huella Teatro.

Master in Social Communication and Education from the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Chile and the Universidad Autónoma of Barcelona. Journalist. Degree in Social Communication.

She is responsible for the communications of Identidades International Festival of Performing Arts in the Atacama Desert and La Huella Teatro.

She has served as director of communications for Identidades Festival since 2018. She is also in charge of the communications of the Liquenlab Network in Patagonia. She has directed the communications of the Festival of Performing Arts of Isla Negra FESTINE (2018), the international Festival of Street Theater FITKA (2016) and the Cielos del Infinito Arts Festival (2013-2018).

 She currently directs Del Fuego, a communications studio for the arts, based in Chile and Spain.

 During 2019, she also directed the communications of Rimisp – Latin American Center for Rural Development. She has participated as an international programmer in festivals and performances in Mexico, the United States, Belgium, Spain, Holland, France, Argentina, Uruguay, among others.

As a cultural journalist she has worked at El Mercurio de Valparaíso, the Extension Center of the Ministry of Arts, Cultures and Heritage (CENTEX), at the Ictus Theater, Corredor Latinoamericano de Teatro and the Inter-Community Network of Audience Training in Santiago (RAFFLE)
